A different perspective on what it means to care.

Nikté Health was founded on the belief that mental health cannot be understood through symptoms alone. Our experiences, physical health, nutrition, and daily habits all contribute to the bigger picture.

We envisioned a practice where psychiatric expertise and lifestyle support come together—creating a more thoughtful, collaborative approach to care that respects each person’s individual needs.
